Inpatient & Outpatient Therapy Services

Here at Tieszen Memorial Home we offer both inpatient and outpatient therapy services to people of all ages.  We contract with Prairie Rehabilitation Services of Sioux Falls to provide the therapy.  The therapists will work closely with you to achieve the therapy goals set up by your physician so that you can return to your normal daily activities as soon as possible.  We offer services here at our facility in Marion.  We will take care of billing Medicare, your private insurance, or work comp claims for you.

Physical Therapists (PT) use manual therapy techniques, exercise, modalities, electrotherapy, and education to help people regain functional and efficient movement.

Occupational Therapists (OT) utilize a variety of therapeutic and functional activities, exercises, and orthoses, to assist the individual in regaining function within their environment.

Speech language pathologists provide services designed to maximize functional communication and memory skills, along with implementing individual safe feeding/swallowing programs.
